Lynne and I attended all four days of the Beamish event. The large site allows
vehicles to be displayed in a number of locations and convoys are enouraged so
the public can see the vehicles in action. We had a surprise fly over of a
Spitfire heading North, presumably for a display in Scotland or Northern
Ireland. In addition to the vehicles, there were a number of dioramas on
display.
